• I/we understand that I/We are responsible for travel arrangements to and from activities for my child/ward.
• I/we are aware that should my child/ward play for a senior team he/she may have to share changing and showering facilities but will not be made to do so at the same time as adults. This situation will be discussed.
• I/we are prepared to support the club by volunteering to assist the Club with at least one fundraising event during the year.
• I/we acknowledge responsibility for payment of all membership and subscription fees in accordance with Club rules. No Payment = No Participation. Non payment of fees may result in suspension from the club and/or refusal of registration for the following season.
• I/we acknowledge that all equipment, including playing kit, remains the property of the Club, and will be returned without delay if so requested.
• I/we understand that failure to reimburse the club for fines related to misconduct on the playing field may result in suspension from the club or refusal of registration for the following season.
• I/we accept responsibility for payment of a £20 administration charge, for each disputed/cancelled/unfulfilled payments with regards to our subscription fees.
